Flüge von oder über China Mainland und Sonderverwaltungszonen (Hongkong) sind weitestgehend gestrichen. Als Ausländer wird dir zur Zeit die Einreise verwehrt (Fluggesellschaften dürfen dich nicht einchecken) wenn du in den letzten 14 Tage in China oder einer Sonderverwaltungszone warst. Mit Phil Pass kommst du 14 Tage in Quarantäne.
Was in ein paar Monaten sein wird weis derzeit niemand.

In Camiguin läuft etwas ähnliches:
CAMIGUIN, Feb. 3 (PIA) -- Before entering the island, the Provincial Government of Camiguin mandates every entering tourist to disclose their travel history for the past three months effective January 31 to prevent the introduction of Novel Coronavirus in the area.
In his Executive Order No. 5 Series of 2020, Gov. Jurdin Jesus Romualdo also requires the residents, who have traveled to places where 2019-NCoV has been proven to exist, to do the same and undergo a medical check-up.
Any person who refuses to present such required information when demanded will be investigated and will receive applicable criminal prosecution.
Presently, the island formed the Novel Coronavirus Task Force mandated to create the necessary implementing rules, regulations and other mechanisms to carry out the objective of the said EO.
The task force is also responsible to educate the public on disease prevention, control, and management to promote positive health behaviors, as well as to address public fear and anxiety through the conduct of a province-wide awareness campaign.
As the 2019-NCoV has been confirmed to be present in the country, the governor considers this action as a precautionary measure to monitor the presence of the disease and respond in a timely manner if the need arises. (PIA10)
