Hallo
Was wurde abgeschlossen? Leider finde ich absolut nichts zu dieser Problematik.
Besten Dank!
Hier der Wortlaut der Botschaft:
Kindly be informed that the travel insurance by AXA cannot be accepted with the specific conditions indicated thereon.
The travel insurance company (https://www.axa-schengen.com/en/FAQ) has confirmed the following:
- We cover your medical fees related to the coronavirus as long as you have respected medical advice and the travel recommendations provided by the World Health Organisation or any other similar organization from your country of residence or from the country you are traveling to.
- We will cover these fees only if they are related to a medical incident as defined in the applicable general conditions. No cover is provided for the tests made compulsory by a national or international authority to be able to leave or go to a territory.
Please be informed that in accordance with the IATF resolution no. 80 (https://www.officialgazette.go…ATF-Resolution-80-RRD.pdf) dated last 22 October 2020, the pre-boarding Antigen testing requirement for outbound phil. travelers pursuant to IATF Resolution No. 79 has been lifted. Hence, outbound travels of phil. nationals - regardless of purpose - may be allowed subject to compliance with the following requirements:
- confirmed roundtrip tickets
- adequate travel and health insurance
- Execution of a Bureau of Immigration Declaration acknowledging the risks involved in travelling, including risk of delay in their return trip (to be provided at the check-in counters of the airlines)
- Whenever required by the country of destination or the airline, a negative COVID-19 test taken in accordance with the health and safety protocols of country of destination or airline company
- Upon return, the traveler shall follow the Guidelines of the National Task Force (NTF) for Returning Overseas Filipinos
However, the Philippines are still being considered by the Swiss authorities as one of the high-risk countries in Southeast Asia.
This would include all countries which are not Schengen Member States and those countries which are not listed in Annex 1 to the COVID-19 Ordinance 3.
Based on the aforementioned facts, we regret to inform you that the insurance policy which you have secured does not conform to the requirements as listed on our checklist for a hardship case for unmarried couples and/or without common minor children (https://www.eda.admin.ch/dam/c…ried_couples_COVID-19.pdf).
