Many thanks for your very useful information.
We have discussed the issues and implemented the following changes:
- Since our suppliers of fresh products are unable to name an appropriate expiry date of their products, we decided from now on to label all fresh products with the date of manufacturing.
We hope that this will serve as the most transparent and accuracte information that we can provide.
- Up to date all imported and expired items were reduced in price and segregated under the category "Reduced Price" in our store.
- We sincerely apologize for any oversight of expired items that may have remained amongst our regular items.
- We will now gradually reduce the price of expired items by every week or month.
- Of course we are very open to refund or replace items that may show a defect, whether fresh or imported, as we have done so in the past.
Trust our corrective action find a positive approval amongst our valued customers.
We are always open to receive any suggestions or feedback in order to improve our services and products.
