Um es Dir etwas einfacher zu machen:

Eigentlich geht das Aktivieren von Roaming aus dem Ausland nicht, der Smart Kundendienst hilft aber. Einfach e-mail an:

customercare@smart.com.ph

mit Angabe zu folgenden Punkten:

1. Your cell phone unit
2. ICCID or the serial number at the back of the SIM card
3. Account balance Kindly take note that balance should be at least P100.00 to facilitate manual activation of your roaming service. If your balance is below P100.00, you may ask someone you know here in the Philippines to reload your sim card through Electronic load, Smart Money, or Mobile Banking)
