Ferienhäuser auf Luzon?

    Hallo,


    ich könnte mir auch vorstellen, mal auf den Philippinen zu überwintern. Gibt es denn auf den Philippinen auch Ferienhausanlagen, wie es sie z.B. in Holland oder Dänemark gibt? Oder ist man auf Resorts und Hotels angewiesen? Ich habe hier schon mal ein wenig geschaut, doch noch nichts dergleichen gefunden. Google gibt auch nicht soviel her.

    häuser gibt es überall zu mieten, man sollte einen ortsansässigen makler befragen, ich denke meistens wissen rechtsanwälte wo so ein makler zu finden ist. nicht wenige expats vermieten ebenso.
    preise zwischen 10 und 20.000 im monat.
    ich selbst habe auch ein gästezimmer,als eigentum, würde so 1500 pesos kosten pro woche, soll aber kein daueraufenthalt sein.

    Häuser und Wohnungen bekommst Du vor Ort immer. musst aber ein bisschen rumrennen bis was passendes dabei ist.


    Ich bin in 3 Jahren in Sabang 4 mal umgezogen.


    Habe für ca. 150 qm Wohnfläche (Wohnung, möbliert, inkl. Fernseher) 15.000,- Peso bezahlt zzgl. Strom ca. 3500-5000,- Peso im Monat.

    Sorry,I am not yet very good in deutsch sprache I just wanted to share my little knowledge about your inquiry.


    If you want to rent a place like (in) a resort I might suggest the Tamaraw Beach Resort in Puerto Galera ...location is Mindoro Island.
    They are offering their place from 6 months to a year (this is according to what I have read from their ads here in the internet)but I have been there for a week w/ some of our german friends last Nov.2007.
    And I would say that this is a very nice place and not so expensive.
    And most of all it is not very far from Manila.

    At the same time,I wanted to share w/ you( and to all of the readers and members in this forum)that I have my own place in the Phils. of w/c I am thinking to have it for rent since my mann and I are staying here in deutschland and the place is only occupied when we are on our vacation once a year.



    My house is in a subdivision located in Quezon City and it is only 10 mns. drive away to SM North (one of the biggest shopping mall we had).
