    meine Schwiegermutter ist verstorben und ihre 6 Kinder haben ein Mehrfamilienhaus geerbt.
    Nun meine Frage: Von den erbberechtigten Kindern leben 2 in Deutschland.
    Sie haben mittlerweile auch die Deutsche Staatsbürgerschaft.
    Dürfen sie trotzdem ein Haus, bzw. Wohnung auf den Phils besitzen?
