1. Bureau of Immigration Philippines
Dear Sir/Ma’am,
Pursuant to IATF-MEID Omnibus Guidelines on the Implementation of Community Quarantine in the Philippines, the following are allowed to leave for abroad:
- Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs)
- Permanent Residents abroad
- Students enrolled abroad and participants accepted in exchange visitor programs
- Foreign nationals
In this regard, if you are holding an immigrant visa/permanent resident visa and it is the first time that you are leaving with the said visa, you must present the following documents upon immigration inspection:
- Valid Philippine passport
- Valid immigrant/permanent resident visa/valid visa
- CFO sticker/certification (for first time travel using permanent visa)
- Boarding pass
Please be informed that Immigrant/permanent visas are not required to present a DSWD clearance/Certificate.
Kindly coordinate also with the concerned airline for other travel requirements and boarding policies.
Thank you.
2. DSWD
Is it a D visa maam?
- Yes
Exempted na maam, so no need for the travel clearance anymore.
