Die Deutsche Botschaft will auf jeden Fall die Sterbeukunde des Ex-Mannes sehen und koennte sogar bei den Behoerden (USA?) nachfragen, ob das wirklich der Fall ist (also, dass er verstorben ist). Grund: falls er nicht tot ist, dann waere er - gesetzlich - der Vater
Der Name des Vaters steht doch im Birth Certificate des Kindes, und nachdem sie verheiratet sind ist das der Name des TS!
Ich wuerde hier eine aussergerichtliche Einigung anstreben, auf den Phils bleiben denn da wollte der TS ja hin "auswandern" und das Sorgerecht sozusagen "informell" aufteilen.
Die Katzen muss er dann halt trotzdem selbst weiterfuettern, die Huehnerkacke nimmt die Frau aber hoffentlich mit...
